Private Label Microfiber Towels

Develop custom microfiber towels around the work they need to do—and the brand they need to represent. MICROMILL supports your project with textile selection, logo processes, labels, ultrasonic cutting and packaging, with the details agreed on a physical sample.

Start with the towel. Then build the brand details.
- Towel Specification

Define the Towel Before the Logo

A drying towel, a glass cloth and a detailing towel do different jobs. Match the textile to the task before choosing how the brand appears.

A Specification You Can Compare

Discuss short pile, plush, waffle or twist-loop constructions against your intended use. For custom car wash drying towels, compare handling, size and drying behavior on a sample—not GSM alone.

Specification What to define What to confirm
Intended use Drying, glass cleaning, wiping or finishing Define the task and working surface before selecting the textile.
Fabric & pile Construction, composition and working faces Confirm composition and pile on the selected SKU; do not judge by appearance alone.
GSM & dimensions Fabric mass, finished size and tolerances Specify GSM in g/m². More weight is not automatically a better match for the task.
Color reference Towel, print, thread and label colors Use an agreed physical reference or approved sample for color acceptance.
Edge & marking Cutting method, logo size and placement Review the edge and every branded area as part of the contact surface.
Labels & packing Care wording, pack count and retail artwork Keep the product, care label, barcode data and pack description consistent.

Different Processes Different Results

We support the following branding and labeling processes. The right choice depends on your artwork, towel construction and the area that will touch the surface being cleaned.

Screen Printing

A defined logo in selected colors.

Ink is applied through a prepared screen to reproduce your artwork on a suitable towel surface. Review solid shapes, color separation and print placement against the actual fabric.

Heat-transfer Printing

Detailed artwork on a suitable base.

A transfer is applied with controlled heat and pressure. It can be considered when the artwork needs a particular graphic finish and the chosen towel supports the application.

Dye-sublimation Printing

Color-rich artwork on compatible fabric.

Sublimation uses heat to transfer dye into a compatible polyester-based substrate. A light fabric ground is normally preferred; fabric composition and texture affect the final color and definition.

Laser Marking

A subtle mark formed in the surface.

Controlled laser processing changes the selected fabric surface to create a logo or tonal effect. The result depends on the fiber, color and pile, so start with the exact towel you plan to order.

Jacquard Patterning

A design built into the textile.

The motif is formed through the textile construction rather than added as a surface print. Discuss repeat, scale, available colors and how the pattern should read on the finished towel.

Woven Labels & Care Labels

Brand identity with practical information.

Use a woven brand label and a separate care or content label where appropriate. Agree the label size, fold, attachment position and approved wording for your intended market.

— A Cleaner Finish for Microfiber Towels

Ultrasonic Cutting

Ultrasonic cutting trims and seals compatible synthetic microfiber fabrics in a single step. By securing the fibers along the cut line, it helps reduce edge fraying and loose threads while creating a clean, consistent finish.

For car care towels, this process enables an edgeless design without an additional sewn border. The reduced edge bulk makes the towel easier to fold and helps maintain a more uniform wiping surface—making ultrasonic cutting a practical choice for microfiber detailing and drying towels.

— Frequently Asked Questions

Before You Send an Inquiry

Custom printed microfiber towels need a fabric and process that suit the intended result. These questions help narrow the brief.

Can every towel use every logo method?

No. Pile height, composition, color, construction and the intended working surface affect the choice. A smooth area may reproduce fine artwork differently from a plush or twist-loop surface. Start with the selected towel and approve a process sample.

A surface-transfer system applies a prepared design using heat and pressure. Dye sublimation transfers dye into a compatible polyester-based substrate. Both use heat, but their fabric requirements, appearance and effect on the surface differ; compare them on the actual towel.

Yes. A woven brand label, care label and branded packaging can create a coordinated identity without placing a large graphic across the working face. Agree label position, attachment and wording with the intended cleaning task in mind.

Send a vector logo where available, the requested logo dimensions, color references and preferred position. For detailed printed artwork, our team can confirm suitable file formats and image requirements before sample preparation.

They depend on the towel, color, branding process, labels, packaging and order quantity. Share the brief so our team can confirm the project-specific minimum, sample arrangements and estimated timing.
