Last updated: October 20, 2026

Micromill Imp. & Exp. (Ningbo) Co., Ltd. (“MICROMILL,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates cnmicromill.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information when you visit our website, submit an inquiry, request a product catalog, or communicate with us.

Our website serves business customers. Business contact information can still be personal information, and this policy applies to that information.

1. Who is responsible for your information?

MICROMILL is responsible for the personal information we collect for the purposes described in this policy. Where applicable data protection law uses the term, we act as the data controller for that processing.

Company: Micromill Imp. & Exp. (Ningbo) Co., Ltd.
Address: Rm. 1108, Floor 11, Huiding Mansion, No. 26 Tianjian Allay, Yinzhou District, Ningbo, Zhejiang, China
Email: sales@cnmicromill.com

You can use these contact details for privacy questions, requests, and complaints.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide

Our inquiry forms collect your name, telephone number, email address, and message. Your message may contain additional information you choose to provide, such as your company, products of interest, specifications, estimated quantity, or packaging requirements.

We also collect the information you provide when requesting a catalog or contacting us directly by email or telephone. Catalog access requires you to provide an email address. We use that information to provide access to the requested material and respond to related questions.

Please do not include sensitive personal information or another person’s personal information unless it is necessary and you are authorized to provide it.

Information collected automatically

Our website, hosting services, and form tools may record technical and submission information, including your IP address, browser and device information, pages or form URLs, referring pages, and submission date and time. The information recorded depends on the tools and settings in use.

Analytics and advertising measurement tools may also process information about visits and interactions, together with cookie identifiers or similar identifiers. More information appears in Section 4.

3. How and why we use information

We use personal information to:

  • Receive, record, and respond to business inquiries.
  • Provide requested catalogs and product information.
  • Discuss product selection, samples, specifications, quotations, OEM and ODM projects, branding, and packaging.
  • Maintain records of business communications and follow up on the specific matter you raised.
  • Operate, troubleshoot, and protect our website and forms, including detecting spam or misuse.
  • Understand website usage and measure the results of our Google Ads campaigns.
  • Meet applicable legal obligations and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims when necessary.

We do not send marketing newsletters or add inquiry contacts to promotional email campaigns. An inquiry or catalog request is not an agreement to receive unrelated marketing emails.

Where a legal basis is required, the basis depends on the processing. It may include taking steps you request before entering a contract, performing a contract with you, our legitimate interests in managing business communications and maintaining a secure website, consent for relevant analytics or advertising technologies, or compliance with legal obligations. Where we rely on legitimate interests, those interests must be balanced against your rights and interests.

Providing inquiry information is voluntary. If you do not provide the details needed to answer a question or deliver a catalog, we may be unable to fulfill that request.

4. Cookies, Google services, and your choices

Website operation

Cookies and similar technologies may support website functions, security, and the recording of your privacy preferences. Technologies needed for these functions are distinct from optional analytics and advertising measurement technologies.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand website traffic and interactions, such as how visitors reach the website and which pages they use. Depending on the configuration and your choices, Google may receive technical information, page and interaction information, and identifiers associated with your browser or device.

Google Ads conversion tracking

We use Google Ads conversion tracking to measure whether visits from our advertising lead to defined actions, such as an inquiry submission. This may involve cookies, advertising click identifiers, event information, and related technical information being shared with Google.

We do not use Google Ads remarketing to target previous website visitors with personalized advertisements.

Google Search Console

We use Google Search Console to review our website’s visibility and performance in Google Search. Search Console reports are separate from the information you submit in an inquiry form.

Managing your choices

Where required, your consent is requested before optional analytics or advertising measurement technologies are used. You may refuse optional technologies without agreeing to advertising or analytics as a condition of making a business inquiry. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time; withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out lawfully.

Use the website’s cookie preference controls, where available, to change your selection. You may also manage cookies through your browser. Browser controls may not stop every form of measurement, and deleting cookies may also remove saved preferences. Contact us if you need help locating the relevant controls.

For information about Google’s handling of data, see How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and the Google Privacy Policy.

5. Storage and recipients

Our website uses WordPress and Elementor forms. Inquiry submissions are recorded in the website’s server-side administration system and forwarded to sales@cnmicromill.com.

Our hosting provider is Hostinger, and our website hosting server is located in the United States. Information may be accessible to authorized MICROMILL personnel in China for the purposes described in this policy.

Relevant information may also be processed by hosting, email, website maintenance, security, and technical service providers where necessary to operate the website or manage your request. Google receives information through the analytics and conversion measurement services described above. These providers’ roles depend on the service and the applicable arrangements.

Information may be disclosed to professional advisers, authorities, or other recipients when necessary to comply with applicable law or to address legal claims. Access should be limited to the information needed for the relevant purpose.

6. International processing

Your information may be stored or processed outside your country, including in the United States and China. Google and other service providers may process information in additional countries through their service infrastructure. Privacy laws in those locations may differ from those in your country.

Where applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer, the relevant transfer must be supported by an appropriate lawful mechanism. Depending on the transfer, this may include contractual safeguards or another mechanism recognized by that law. Contact us for information about the arrangements applicable to your information.

7. How long we retain information

Our standard business practice is to retain inquiry records and related correspondence for at least four years from submission, unless applicable law or a valid privacy request requires earlier deletion. Retention must remain necessary and lawful for the relevant purpose.

After that period, records should be reviewed and deleted or anonymized when no longer needed. Longer retention may be appropriate for an ongoing business relationship, a related transaction, a legal obligation, or an actual or reasonably anticipated dispute.

This period applies to inquiry records. It does not mean that all cookies, server logs, analytics data, or advertising measurement data are kept for four years. Those categories have separate retention periods determined by their purpose and the relevant service settings. Backup copies may remain until they are overwritten under the applicable backup cycle.

8. Your privacy rights and complaints

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to request access to your personal information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, or a portable copy. You may also have a right to object to certain processing or withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing.

To make a request or raise a complaint, email sales@cnmicromill.com. Describe the information or interaction concerned and what you would like us to do. We may ask for information reasonably needed to verify your identity and locate the relevant records. We will respond within the period required by applicable law and explain any lawful limits on a request.

You may also have the right to complain to the privacy or data protection authority in your location. You do not have to contact us first where the applicable law allows you to complain directly to that authority.

9. Security and third-party links

Protecting personal information requires appropriate access controls and technical and organizational measures. However, no website, email system, or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Our website may link to third-party websites. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. Please review those policies before providing information to them.

10. Children

Our website is intended for business users, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through our website, contact us so that we can review and address the situation.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes to our website, services, or information practices. The updated version will display a revised date. Where applicable law requires additional notice or consent, that requirement must be addressed separately.
